Workplace Investigations

Investigations can be time consuming and can take valuable time away from running and growing the business. Failure to investigate properly and reasonably can be costly for the business and for staff morale.

We offer a bespoke workplace investigation service that is independent and impartial. We have a panel of highly skilled HR investigators, who can assist in conducting investigations into a wide range of misconduct issues like poor timekeeping, comments on social media, persistent minor breaches, abusive behaviour or language, negligent loss/damage to property to serious breaches of employment terms and conditions. We are also skilled in supporting investigations into allegations of bullying, harassment and discrimination. We have carried out a range of investigations with varying degrees of complexities.

We have a responsive service to support you in conducting investigations that demonstrate compliance with legislation and ACAS Code of Practice, having consistency of approach, fairness in the application of your internal procedures and ensuring they are balanced and credible.

Conflict Resolution

Workplace conflict can occur where there is a misunderstanding between colleagues and can in many instances be resolved informally, if nipped in the bud, before a formal grievance is raised and the situation starts to impact on productivity, effectiveness and adversely affects working relationships.

We can coach and support you in securing constructive outcomes where appropriate or offer mediation service to assist parties to seek a resolution.

Mediation is used as an alternative to formal or legal processes. The purpose is to help parties in dispute to have an open and honest dialogue so that they can reach a mutually acceptable outcome. It is a voluntary and confidential process. The process can take up to a day dependent upon the complexity of the issues.

Our impartial independent experienced mediators work with individuals in dispute with the view to establishing their underlying need and interests encourage dialogue between parties and work towards facilitating a mutually acceptable resolution.
